Transcription
- Voxie voice-to-chart
- Real time transcription permitting physicians to spend quality time with their patients as well as improving their productivity, charting, coding, and compliance.
Real Time Coding
- Transcribed notes are forwarded onto a Certified Orthopaedic Coder who extracts level of visit as well as any procedures performed based on the musculoskeletal parameters in real time.
- Claims are entered in OrthoPartner(tm) PM via data entry after physician has selected the appropriate codes for the patient visit.
- Claims are uploaded and edited by our built in rules engine flagging errors in real time allowing for correction immediately thus getting paid appropriately on first submission.
Eligibility and Authorization
- Real time insurance verification of benefits and authorization Appointment Scheduling.
- Call Center for appointment scheduling and Work Comp Help Desk Care Partner communication.
- Referral letters are generated out of OrthoPartner(tm) and sent to referring physicians.
